A polymer specific masterbatch, suitable for use in acetal copolymer and homopolymer injection moulding grades, has been developed by specialist masterbatch producer ColourTone Masterbatch Ltd.

This innovative material has been produced to meet demands from trade moulders and is in line with the company's strategy to offer polymer specific masterbatches across the entire range of engineering plastics. Available colour matched to customers' requirements and as special blends including additives such as molybdenum disulphide, dosage rates fall within 1-5 per cent depending on colour, properties and intended application.

Rapid delivery of approved colour matched polymer within 48 hours is offered on quantities of 25kg upwards.
